My IT Goals and Ambitions

hello all

hehhe this is an interesting topic
i was talking with my friend about this yesterday and she suddenly reminded me of my goals just 1 1/2 year ago. i had totally forgotten about it hehehe
currently i have MCSE and a storage and CCNA.
here is a list of IT certs i wanna get, those with * i got already

MCSA *
MCSE *
CCNA *
CEH
CHFI
SCNP
CCNP
SCNA
CCIE

- get a system and network job
- get a job in storage becoz it pays well.
- excel in IT, becoz i am good with IT technicals stuffs

ppl in my ex company all say i very good with IT. all come and ask me when they got problems.. wah i like IT young smart kid leh
wow looks like i will have a good future in IT heheh

am i able to chase IT certs all my life?? now i am young i can study IT cert very fast la. everyone say i take MCSE and CCNP very fast lo. average abt 2-3 months i will take one paper. wah of coz la they dunno i study so hard lo. everyday got to force myself to study, weekends also never go out, just stay at home and study.
super no life and very boring. ZZZZZZZZZZzzzz
max i can only chase another 5 more years la, my IT peak years will be another 5 years lo, then after that got other commitments coming in, i think my IT career will be like DOW like that, drop until no eyes see. wah at infor i can see with my own eyes that IT ppl late 40s after told to leave by infor very difficult to find job outside lo. they had to accept a heavy pay cut. wah feel sorry for them but sad to say thats life in IT industry lo.

OMG how things had change??? i am currently stuck at stage 2. i was talking ccnp but i gave up. everything at IT enabler cannot make it, wah lau the instrustor i see im teach i wan to vomit blood. every time go there sure very angry.

oh no my IT just 1 1/2 years in my company doing helpdesk work. i am losing to my other IT colleagues liao in terms of experience, exposure and salary.
wah IT really very fast, if you never update yourself with the latest IT certifications. you get outdated very fast.

i got to find a way to get out of this!
