i had done enough back test and forward test. and with 5 levels of money mangement protaction. i feel it is time for me to play serious DBS.

i lose the first trade, and i up a level for MM and did a U turn trade.

here is my trade for this morning
i went to office, took a look at this setup looks not bad so i jump in. opps i realised i forgot to check forex factory. today is EUR holiday.
i realised my trading now is like jumping into a fast moving ship or a sinking ship hahah risky dunno when will lose? i know many ppl say trading FX is like gamble. very dangerous, many ppl lose all their money and jump off buildings. now i know why, becoz trading FX i feel like i am a gambling too.sometimes i win, sometimes i lose. still losing a bit now. not making as much as i thought at first. i wonder when can i start to win consistantly? barely breaking even? is this a good sign??

after trading FX for about 1 month. i realised that the FX market is really very unpredictable, volatile and risky. sigh .... i wonder how does people make a living out of trading FX? is it even possible?? such high risk? such unpreditable? such strong emotions like fear, greed and stress? is it even doable? no wonder so many people give up on trading.... if trading is easy then everyone no need to work already. they just attend a few trading course, play with some indicators from the internet, then wooow! .. millionair dream???? its more like dream on!

anyway i starting to understand myself better. i feel like i am more suitable for scalping trades. i am too kan cheong already, everytime i am in the negative i just feel like closing my trades. and i dun like the feeling when i am in a losing trade. the feeling just sux and i become very stress. more white hair coming already.
i like scalping becoz my trades are very quick, less then 1/2 hour, usually about 15 mins. the feeling of being in the trades are lesser and i usually win la for scalping. i dunno am i realli that lucky or not? or i just heng heng only? i also dunno lo.

anyway i added some more indicators for added confidence. add and add and add. now my chart looking like TNT already ahhaa. who knows? maybe i will go 1 big round and go back to TNT. who knows? i also dunno? i wonder what is pushing me on, i keep going and going and going. is it becoz i already invested a lot in it? so much till i cant allow myself to quit already. is it i am full of determination? ppl say i very hardworking and focus. i do anything to be good in the things i like to do. am i really that good? or am i just chasing an impossible dream?

btw i lost this trade, next time if i see indicators showing opposit i will just close the trade and go the other direction but strangely i dun feel anything. not much feelings for this losing trade? am i finally gotten sharingan? or am i just lose until sianz liao?

after 1 week of wandering around, tinkering btw trading system and indicators.
i think i finally understand why are all the indicators there for, what is the reasons for them and what they are used for? well i should know all theses things eariler becoz these are what Clarence had been saying all this time. but i just refuse to listen and i hao lian think i am the best and wanna chu my own patteren.
wah lau tinking back i am such a teenager i jsut refuse to listen to old ppl advice, hehhe wah the article realli talk abt me. i thinking wat "Goldfish system" i am just going ard in circles and finally i will go back to Clarence TNT system lo??? so i throw away my system and i am fully forcus on Clarence TNT system.... mmm maybe this thing i went thru realli works? maybe i shoudn't doubt it? it should be working good right? since so many ppl say so good thing abt it and if cannot work how can sell so expensive? TNT is good la, but i just find the chart messy, wah lau so many lines, i cant see my price charts lo. so i remove some of Clarence TNT lines, my chart looks so much cleaner and clearer now. i just like it this way.

as i am typing this my scalp trade win already, my long trade still in. and i got totally no feelings abt this trade coz i only playing 1 mini. this should be the way to trade even for 1 standard. i am now learning to control my emotions.

hehehe anyway all trading system will work la, its the brain and money mangement that is most impt. hehe maybe finally i can get my brain to think properly... i admit i still unable to master my emotions, stress, greed, fear, wah all these emotions very powerful leh.... i got a plan to trick my brain to handle all these emotions. i will open 2 trades
1 trade i will scalp for 20 pips
1 trade i will let it go, to catch a bigger fish.
and i will use only 1 mini lots.
until i can get back my capital, by then i should have got enough experince, then i am ready for the market!

i am learning to control my emotions. stress, greed and fear. previously i can feel my heart beat faster everytime i click on the saxo trader. and i must stare at the price all the time. dunno why they always go against me

i had opened 2 trades, a 20 pip scalp and another longer term trade. learn from ling ling the "eagletrader"
i had eariler close my 20 pip scalp with small fish in the pocket, and i intend to leave the "longer" term trade to go and catch the bigger fish. this way i can "trick" my brain to let this trade go and dun worry abt it. also i am playing with much lesser lots now. more comfortable now. overall still little profits from this trade. still learning the trade.

eariler i rejected eurusd nice setup becoz of news coming.
then 1 hour after the speech, should be over la
i saw this nice usdchf setup.... mm.. but the price is very far from 6ma
so i waited for the right price then i go in.
but just as i went in to this trade USD suddenly go crazy again.
wah lau go down against my trade so much very very near to my SL.
luck for me my trade is still alive, but its is negative now.
lucky i did not chase price and waited patiently.

here the update
well usd dunno wats happening.
my sl was triggered. first losing trade for this month
as clarence always say usd going on a rollercoaster ride.
hehe but nmind la, trading is like this 1 lo, these are the risk invovled
i notice the indicators changed so much, the ones i saw b4 my entry are all gone
maybe back test is not a good gauge for my system but its the best i can do.
i will continue to do forward testing.
wish me luck for my next trade

well lesson learn for this trade is
1. go in before the first move, after first move come back maybe risky already.
2. if price come back up more more then 30 pips, reject as the trend might be changing

this morning i set my alarm to 7.50am. but as expected i woke up at abt 8.15am.
wah i must realli learn to wake up early. to go to work early??? of coz not! hahah

ok this trade is best as compare to the others. mmm.. eurjpy not the best to trade because of the spread. this trade also tested my patient.
also i feel like eurjpy always in tension with eurusd and usdjpy.
well at some point of the trade
my tp was hit eariler but i was greedy and i wan to take more profits.
so i adjusted my tp, wah but the trade then i saw thick grbb showing, indicating that the trend will go another way.
i got stress and scare so i promised the market this trade i wont be greedy.

here is the update for this trade.
my tp was triggered as i was driving back home.
profits in my pocket.
this trade tested my paitent and went up and down and not moving.
well now i am more confident of my judgement and more cool and cmfortable with trading. great way to start my may with a first winning trade. this is a heng heng trade becoz the trade went the other way after it hit my tp. mmmm... am i starting to get lucky? or is it i am getting better with my trading now? mm.. who knows? i dunno.

anyway my capital is back to orginal. i had got back the money i donated to the fx market eariler.
well looks like its time get serious, time for me to pursuit my happyness and dream.

today is labour day holiday, at home nothing to do so i look at charts.
i was looking to long usdchf but eariler the signal was not strong so i ignore it.
i rather let the trade go then to jump into the unknown.
anyway the trade will win if i had gone in but nmind.
cannot be all green candles lo, sure will come down to 6ma then i am going to long it. wah i wait very long lo, but prices seem like dun wan to come down to 6ma.
so i shifted my attention to eurusd. mmm.. the setup looks not bad so i went in and short it. i also waited for a good price, wah also very scraey and stress coz at the beginning i am losing lo. at one time the signal disappear and thick grbb come out lo. i become uncomfortable but i did not closed my trade mauanlly. i learnt from eariler expereince just set my sl closer by 5 pips and let the market decide for me.
wah i can feel my heart pumping faster lo, so i dun wan to look at the price i just talk cock with lau and vanes.

wah heng heng i pls pls the market many times.
eurusd drop down a lot but i am happy just to keep my little profits hehehe

hi all

i saw this trade setup just before lunch, but the signal was not so strong so i did not went in. the price during this time was of coz also the best la.
came back after lunch, and i saw the price start to move already. wahh if i had entered before lunch i would have won already lo, but nmind trading is like tat. i rather dun anyhow jump in the trade and lose money.
the price was quite far from the ma and i might not have the chance to go in to this trade. but i waited and waited for the price to retace down. becoz cannot be all green candles lo sure will come down 1 la.
i waited and got in at a good price, but as usual good price also very scarey la becoz the price will go further down 1 lo, so i will at first sure lose a bit 1.

wah this got to be the fastest trade i done lo, just 5 mins and my tp was triggered. profits in my pocket hehehe. so happy.
anyway not going to trade coz got some news coming out and at night got us gdp coming out so market is going to be quiet. i win win a bit i happy liao.

well my system sometimes the signal are not so clear, they might go dissapear.
guess its the same with most trading system, esp short duration system.
got plenty false signal esp when u have a not so lagging signals.
the signal might looks good, then u jump in, suddenly all the trade entry signals are all gone. then become reserve trade signal ahha
guess this is trading lo, got to live with it.

anyway this trade is going against TNT, TNT says short but i go long on this.
anyway trade closed, i was very heng the highest point of the candle was at my tp.
then after hit my tp price start coming down liao.
hehehe but i dun bother abt it liao la, i am out of the trade anyway.
hehehhe guess i am not always that suay afterall, i do have my heng heng days lo
overall still make more then my losing trade eariler.

i wasted a good oppurtunity for my dk system yesterday morning.
guess i just woke up still blur blur, engine never warm up yet.
so this morning i hope not to miss any good trades setup.
saw no good trade setup this morning so i went to work.
i know that they are having FOMC meeting about the rates cuts and the GDP and non farm that is coming out soon. the market tends to be quiet during this period.
starting to think that dunno system sounds very lame, i will be changing the name soon. simple system? up and down system?

but i saw this trade setup and i am confident of my system so i went in.
hehe demo i dare to put many lots, live trade dun dare haha.
anyway this trade is currently losing a bit, trade dun look good now,
alamak i just saw a trade manual exit signal. should i close it? or just leave it?

This is not a trade report, but emotions and thoughts during this trade. i need to write down all these before this trade is over, i will forget about all these after this trade. felt uncomfortable with this trade as all my previous entry signals are all gone, exits signal are all showing instead. might exit this trade with break even if the price do go there.

this morning i woke up, took a look at all the pairs and only found one that is nice.
so i shorted it, looks good. i went to bath and came out i had about +10 pips in the money. but when i reached office, i saw USD going crazy again, went up about 30 pips.
i did not hit my sl yet so now the trade is still on going. lucky for me i did not chase prices early in the morning, i waited for the right price. if not i would most likely got stop out with loss. i am currently about -10 pips and i notice some exit signal already, Hull turn blue, thick green GRBB showing, all the asian markets are going up. the previous entry signal that i saw are all gone, maybe thats why my backtesting results is so good. mmmmm.. should i close? with -10 pips or should i just leave it? i am not sure myself. i going against TNT again with his trade, TNT people are long and i am short. don't forget that TNT is 80% win, that means my trade only 20% win chance. this is only my fifth trade doing forward testing, if i lose i will know next time to get out early, if i win next time i will just leave it.should i trust my system or should i just leave the market to decide for me? well seriously i dunno! sure sounds just like my system! yeah!

ok trade closed, hit my SL, well in future i will closed my trades if the same thing happen. 5 trades, 4 win, 1 lost. still going strong, for this losing trade i had learnt 2 vauable lessons whick i will take note of in my future trades.
lose the money but never lose the lesson! getting ready for next trade!

reflections for this trade
firstly before entering this trade, i noticed one of the trade filtering signal but decided to take the risk and went in.
secondly, i noticed the exit signal for a manual exit. but i ignore them and continue with the trade.

so lesson learnt.
do not go in a trade if not comfortable
exit manually without waiting if trade exit signal appears.

i might discovered something with price movement among the curriences, need to go back to my lab to test it out. let see what are the lab test results. excited!
