we’re all such different people.

Hello

almost 1 year in trading now and i have met and spoke with many people about trading. and i must say that everyone is different and uniqiue in the way they think. not saying which is bad or which is good but surely everyone is different. here are some that i can think of now.

The "Guru" wannabe
These are snake oil salesman, forex course trainers. "win $5000 in 1 hour!" "my account had grown 200%" this is just a false dream they are advertising. in the real money world, the most evil ppl are those that appears to be nice and helpful and steal your money from behind and we willingly give it to them coz they seems so logical and correct in what they says.

their course information are all freely available. of coz they say they got the "magic bullet" but when you are in the game long enough you will realised that there is no magic number or bullet in indicators or technical trading

paying 2k for some "guru" to feed you those free information, sell you a couple of MA, MACD, stochcastic, fibo, S/R which is also free. profitable or not thats questionable. Did we ever check the “good fx course” trading history or statement? We never question "good fx course" coz they appear so knowledgeable, well dressed, honest, helpful and nice. A fast expanding fx school can even appoint their “full time traders” with just 1 year experience to teach overseas as their forex trainer. It really is a cruel money world.

The Economist
These are people that had eaten more salt then i had eat rice. they know more then me. they had been studying economics and finance througout their students days. surely they know much more then this navie IT young kid rite? these are "mr know it all" and can explain why everything is happening they are keen to forecast and predict what is going to happen and where the market is heading. "i expect this is going to take 2-3 years to recover. growth is going to be slow this year, we will see improvement in the later part of 2009" these people not only sound good, they bullshit even better. did they put in their money? No! Never!

The Skeptics
These are people that thinks that trading is gambling and can never make it as a living. common sentences spoken by them are "please come back down to earth" "you need to put both your feet back to ground" "please wake up" these people never even tried trading or maybe just trade a little, lose a bit then gave up. or they known or seen ppl who had lost everything in trading. They concluded that they seen and know it all. that trading can never make it and i will sure doom to fail if i continue to trade. i will just be falling further and further into the black hole. i got to say that my father is one of the skeptics and he constantly look down on me. which is sad i got to admit. i used to be easily angry by these ppl looking down on me, i can handle it much better now haha. i do agree that in a way trading is gambling

The Leecher
These are people that never do anything, they never bring any added value and just wait and leech on the information that is feeded to them. lucky for me i only have 1 leecher hahah LOL you know who you are! but she is great listening ear for me. she agrees everything i say sometimes even when i am wrong she also agree with me ahha so funny. anyway nice to have someone to check on you and make you going the right direction.

The Celebrity Apprentice

i had always been a great fan of the reality show "The Apprentice". thier latest season "The Celebrity Apprentice" in which the contestants are all celebrities which includes sportsman, rock stars, boxer, fighters, journalist, actors, singers, etc.
being celebrities, these people are not camaera shy and not afraid to say what they think. donal trump also know these guys and give them more respect. i find this season a great show, i like everything abt it, the conflicts, tensions and the teamwork, jokes, etc ...

i esp love the winner piers mogan. i love how yaya and confident. he is true to his words and he is not afraid to say what he feels. many ppl will say that he is tactless hao lian, not diplomatic, but he make up for that by rasing large amout of money and accomplished his task with great results. he not only win every tasks given to him, he kill everyone in the show. going all out watever, almost "ruthless" in order to win at all cost

Piers wins everyone even in the worst situations he is put in, everyone even the judges hates him and cant wait to get rid of him and even donald trump know that he is too strong and try to make things difficult for him by putting him in difficult situations. many would have gave up and loss, but he never gave up, in fact that gave him a greater motivation and fired him up to win the entire competition. in one epsidoe, donald trump say this is "the greatest slaughter" in the apprentice history. 164k vs 7k. piers said this is "personal", this is of coz directed to many of the enermies he had made during the show.

being biz and direct and money minded, he had pissed lots of other people. he complete his tasks by making use of ppl, spying on ppl, using cheap tatics, using his connections of rich ppl. real biz shrew guy i love him for being honest and dun give a damn what ppl thinks of him.

many will say that "money is the root of all evil", i agree with this statement and this is a cruel money world we live in now. i seen so many people cheating, lying just for money. sure they can be rich but can they sleep well at night? making good money is great, but we can never harm or make use of other people in anyway.

i feel he is the best in the hisotry of The Apprentice, i am sure many will agree with me. in real biz world, nice guys never win, only those "bad" shrew ppl will win and earn the most money and that is excatly what piers morgan is.

257fx

Hi

why is my blog call 257fx? it is becoz my numberology life number based on birthday is 257. my friends did some research on numberology and it seems that those members with 257 are shrew biz ppl with the ability to make good money. 2 of their senior mentors are 257, and they are doing great! well i hope i am able to be like them. if i am able to earn some money then i will be happy.

anyway it seems that my main number is 7 and this is suppose to be my numberology.
i feel that it is acurate for me as it describe excatly what i am doing now with my forex trading. with all the reading and testing that i did everyday for almost a year ,sometimes i really feel like i am a researcher or scientist.
trying to find answers and explaination to everything that is happenning.
at the end of my research, i had concluded that i dont know anything about the market. so i don't guess or predict the market in any way.

Numberology 7

Intellectual and Explorers Emotional and Knowledgeable

They have got the strong tendencies of exploring the hidden meaning behind situations and circumstances. They are considered to be very knowledgeable and their intellectual level is very high. They are known for taking wise decisions and are very good in scietific researches. The only problem with them is that they keep most of the knowledge to themselves. Thats where they need to get improved. The knowlege and learning gets better when you share it with others. Let you be known for your intellectual achievements and ideas rather than to keep them as a secret

7
A Life Path 7 person is a peaceful and affectionate soul, and by nature rather reserved and analytical. The overwhelming strength of the number 7 is reflected in the depth of thinking that is shown; you will garner knowledge from practically every source that you find. Intellectual, scientific and studious, you don't accept a premise until you have dissected the subject and arrived at you own independent conclusion. This is a very spiritual number and it often denotes a sort of spiritual wisdom that becomes apparent at a fairly early age. You need a good deal of quiet time to be with your own inner thoughts and dreams. You dislike crowds, noise and confusion. You are very thorough and complete in your work, the perfectionist who expects everyone else to be a meet a high standard of performance, too. You evaluate situations very quickly and with amazing accuracy. You rely heavily on your experiences and your intuition, rather than accepting advice from someone; your hunches usually prove to be very accurate, and knowing this, you are one who tends to follow the directions they seem to guide. It's easy for you to detect deception and recognize insincere people. You aren't one to have a wide circle of friends, but once you accept someone as a friend, it's for life. You really aren't a very social person, and your reserve is often taken to be aloofness. Actually, it's not that at all, but merely a cover up for your basic feeling of insecurity. You actually like being alone, away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. In many ways, you would have fit in better in much earlier times when the pace of life was less hectic.
In the most negative use of the 7 energies, you can become very pessimistic, lackadaisical, quarrelsome, and secretive. A Life Path 7 individual who is not living life fully and gaining through experiences, is a hard person to live with because of a serious lack of consideration and because there is such a negative attitude. The negative 7 is very selfish and spoiled. If you have any of the negative traits they are very difficult to get rid of because you tend to feel that the world really does owe you a living or in some way is not being fairly treated. Fortunately, the negative 7 is not the typical 7, at least not without some mitigating positive traits. This number is one that seems to have some major shifts from highs to lows. Stability in feelings may be elusive for you.

my losing stocks trading adventure

Hello everyone

as i am typiing this the aus retail sales just released its numbers actual 3.8%, forcasted is 1.4%. an increase of almost double from the previous retails sales numbers. thats good news for aus, everyone should go long it. but strangely aus is falling as i am typing. how strange can trading via fundemantals and econmics be? seriously i dunno how the market works, looks like it can be naughty and anyhow run. haha i dun mind becoz a falling aus will be good for me anyway.

hey take a look at my stocks trading record. that sucks right? but i am using T3B singapore most famous stock guru method. supposely 80% win rate. so strange they always say the system is "great", then the problem must be in me already lo. haha so funny woo hoo i am such a loser stocks trader. haha i can only say such things in my blog lo, i still remember ppl saying they lost buying T3B stocks in the forum got ban and their "negative post" deleted away. that time i still so navie i think they are nagetive ppl and cannot make it type. thats y they lose money. now think back i am the one that is navie and childish to have believed in T3B !! haha LOL

i can almost still remember the first day i went to T3B course, i feel like i can be a full time trader. sure feels great! but i am more like a losing trader haha. when you win you think you can go full time and quite your job, when you lose you feel like shit. how childish and navie can i get? haha so funny

Feb 03

Hello

i am happy to say that Lobo last month had a 10% returns, even though it is sitting on heavy DD now but it is still less then 25% so i am not really worried abt it.

i am a IT administrator got no knowledge and job experience, not even secondary sch accounts and economics. during sec days i always hear ppl say econ and accounts as a subject but i had no clue what it is. during sec school the smarter students will study in pure scince physic, chem and bio and A maths, and the not so clever students will study econs and accounts. thats wat i tink when i was young.

haha only when i grow up then i realised that the real smart ppl with the real money are in finace accounts and economics. haha what a joke.

oh well more then 1 year of trading, first from stocks to options and now finally forex. each derivatives got its own pros and cons. most ppl only play stocks. they think forex is very risky and volatile. i tried stocks first, bought a few, then went CFD and short a few. then realised that CFD transactions cost are expensive and not much aviable to short as well. then i went to a US options course. never traded options live, only played with the demo account for a short while. i am not really interested in options i find it not suitable for our sg time zone and i am not comfortable trading US stocks and options. then went into forex course, i like forex hehe. find it more suitable for sg time zone so i went deep research and testing with forex.

i tried course trading methods, modify it removing all the indicators 1 by 1. tired the 5 stars methods at the forems, tried to invent my own methods. all sometimes win sometimes lose not very impressive. then i start to realised money mangement is the most impt in trading just like gambling. begin to look at trading market from a different perspective, more on a gambling view then a economics/trader view. never trust those ppl that dress in nice tie and suits and can speak chim chim econs terms. these ppl never play with thei own money and never trade, they are just paid to talk and look good.

as i am tying this out, aus just released its interest rates, a cut of 2%. everyone is expecting aus to drop but it never drop and went higer instead. why so? who knows? beats me? nobody knows? you goign to tell me the drop is already "priced in" a couple of days ago? wat a load of bullshit this market is.
