well yesterday after losing 1 trade, i added 4 trade filters
well i can feel that i am still badly affected by losing trades ...
no confidence to trade today. i can feel stress and scare.
esp now the trade is not going my way. i feel cold and my hands are shivering.
oh no .... maybe its a mistake am i going to lose again??

back testing not a good way i tink, the best is forward testing.
